Как дать совет
Should — совет: «так будет лучше». Форма одна для всех лиц, и после should глагол стоит без to.
• You should drink more water.
• She should go to bed earlier.
Отрицание — shouldn't (полная форма should not): «так лучше не делать».
• You shouldn't work when you are ill.
• He shouldn't eat so much sugar.
Вопрос — Should + подлежащее: так просят совета.
• Should I take an aspirin? — Yes, you should. / No, you shouldn't.
Совет часто смягчают словами I think.
• I think you should see a doctor.
Так неправильно:
• NOT «You should to rest» → «You should rest».
• NOT «She shoulds rest» → «She should rest».
• NOT «Do I should call?» → «Should I call?».
