Review: what kind, where, and what I do
In this module you learned to describe things, to say “where” and “when”, and to talk about your day. Let's review the main points — no new words or rules.
• Adjectives and colors go before the noun and never change.
• “Where” and “at what time” — -da. A day of the week takes the word kuni.
• A verb: stem + -a or -y + the personal ending; “not” — -ma; a question — -mi at the very end.
• On a word for who, what kind, or where, -mi goes before the personal ending: talabamisiz? On a verb, after it: gapirasizmi?
• “I have”: if the word has the “my” ending — Mening akam bor; if not, for a thing on you now — Menda kalit bor.
• A name takes no -ning: ish kuni, oʻzbek tili. Someone's thing takes -ning: Rustamning ishi.
