“On Wednesday” is the day + օրը: չորեքշաբթի օրը. The day takes no ending, and there is no word for “on”. With a time, the day comes first, then the hour, for example չորեքշաբթի օրը ժամը տասին.
շաբաթ is both “Saturday” and “week”: the words around it tell you which. հանգստյան օր — a day off. երեկ — այսօր — վաղը means “yesterday — today — tomorrow”. Don't confuse երեկ, “yesterday”, with երեկո, “evening”.
“After” and “before”: the word in the “from where” form (-ից) + հետո or առաջ, for example ֆիլմից հետո — after the movie, ճաշից առաջ — before lunch. Both come after the -ից word.
Letters: in ուրբաթ, շաբաթ, and the days in -շաբթի you write բ but hear [pʰ]; in առաջ you write ջ but hear [tʃʰ].
